Opłaty za parkowanie można regulować w automatach zlokalizowanych przy wyjściach z klatek schodowych parkingu wielopoziomowego (P1), na parkingu terenowym (P2), przy wejściu z parkingu wielopoziomowego (P1) na kładkę łączącą stacją kolejki z terminalem, obok Biura Obsługi Klienta (parking wielopoziomowy P1, poziom 0), a także przy zatoce Kiss&Fly (na wysokości wejścia do hali przylotów).

Drivers entering the airport area collect parking tickets at the gates. A driver using the multi-storey car park (P1) or the open-air car parks (P2/P3) will pay a parking fee at the appropriate rate based on their car-park ticket collected on entering Kraków Airport’s Internal Road System (hereinafter IRS).

Use of the Kiss&Fly (including entry and exit) for up to 8 minutes is free, then a fee for each commenced 4 minutes in accordance with the price list.

Entry to the Internal Traffic System including the free parking time is possible one time a day during one day (12:00 a.m.-11:59 p.m.). Each subsequent entry of a vehicle into the Internal Traffic System area will result in a fee of 5.00 PLN being charged for each 4 minutes started.

The car park is located by the main access road to the passenger terminal.

Two parking spaces for people with disabilities are provided in the central part of the car park.

Drivers are strictly forbidden to walk away from their vehicles.

Each subsequent entry of a vehicle into the IRS area will result in a fee of PLN 5.00 being charged for each 4 minutes started. If you plan to park your car for a longer period of time, please use the multi-storey car park (P1) or the open-air car parks (P2/P3).

Foiling Place Point The baggage wrapping point is located on the ground floor of the terminal, opposite the information point and check-in desks. The point is open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Self - service bag drop From May 1, 2026, Ryanair passengers can use self-service bag drop desks, known as Airware. Fifteen new devices are dedicated to this purpose. The desks operate in two stages. In the first stage, passengers scan a code using the app, generate, and print a tag. Then, with their luggage tagged, passengers proceed to dedicated check-in desks, marked Express Bag Drop, where they read the bag tag using an additional scanner, and the system automatically dispatches their baggage.

Free pushchairs service at the terminal Having regard to passengers’ comfort, Kraków Airport introduced a free pushchairs service. The service is dedicated to passengers travelling with children to help get around the airport. The pushchairs are available after security control. Before leaving departure hall / gate, passenger shall leave pushchair in dedicated point - one localization in Schengen zone, two dedicated points in Non-Schengen zone.
